We offer 20′, 25′, 30′ and 40′ wide tubing framed buildings in a variety of sizes and colors. We now offer a classic package and a soffit package that come with 2-10′ x 9′ roll-up doors and 1-3′ walk-in door. We also offer dirt work and site prep along with a 4″ cement slab. Buildings can be also installed on pre-existing slabs. Installation is included in the price as long as you are in our area. Customization is available, for example, we will frame openings, raise the height of the building, and can place doors in different positions. Do we offer delivery and installation?

Yes! Delivery and professional installation are included with all building purchases within 50 miles of our location in Rose Hill, Mississippi. Our team ensures proper setup and anchoring for every project.

Can I customize my building?

Absolutely. You can choose your building’s size, layout, roof style, panel color, and trim options. We also fabricate our own metal and trim in-house for full customization.

Do I need a credit check for rent-to-own?

No. Our rent-to-own program is available with no credit check required. We offer 36-, 48-, and 60-month plans to make ownership easy and affordable.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept standard payments and offer flexible rent-to-own financing on many buildings. Monthly plans are available with no credit check and no hidden fees.

Do you offer site preparation or concrete slab services?

Yes, we offer grading, leveling, and concrete slab pouring as part of our building setup services. Our team can help you assess what’s needed to prepare your site.

How long does it take to install a building?

Most installations take 1 to 2 days, depending on the building size and weather conditions. We’ll give you a clear timeline before your scheduled install.
